10.4 Status Messages
The EDP command P can be used to provide status about the indicator.
•The
P EDP command returns whatever is currently shown in the indicator’s primary display area.

If the indicator is in an underrange or
overload condition, the weight value is replaced with &&&&&& (overload) or

10.5 TARE and ZERO Key Functions
The function of the front panel TARE and ZERO keys depend on the value specified for the REGULA parameter
in the FEATUR menu, see Figure 3-11 on page 37.
Table 9-4 describes the function of these k

1. Entering a Zero tare will CANCEL the entry. Any other value will be accepted as a Keyed Tare.
2. Entering a Zero tare will CLEAR the current Tare. Any other
value will be accepted as a Keyed Tare.
3. The indicator will Zero and Clear the Tare only is the gross weight i
f within ZRANGE. No action is taken if the weight is outside
of ZRANGE
